Harp turns up the heat for punters

PACKED WITH FRIENDLY FACES

IT was the weekend before Christmas and while the rest of us were avoiding the bitter cold, the Harp was providing a warm atmosphere. The North Street venue has undoubtedly enjoyed winter success in the past few weeks and has earned a cool reputation for playing host to an ever friendly Christmas crowd.

Every week, it's packed to the brim with smiling faces: whether it's a birthday bash, retirement party or more relevant, Christmas celebration, the Harp is well equipped to cater for any given event.

This would all not be possible without the always helpful staff that are willing to assist the needs of their loyal customers. Nightowl popped in last Thursday and soaked up the lingering vibes.

It was truly a lads night out, when Nightowl caught up with Fergus O'Reilly, who was busy celebrating with a wealth of old friends. He posed alongside good matesMauricio Romano and Pete Chatters to commemorate the evening.

This was a reoccurring theme as the entire table jumped on the opportunity to be pictured. Billy Duggan, Dermot Nolan and Ricky Burke continued the trend with a photograph. Any Christmas fear was put on hold as the trio seemed to be delighted just to be out. They were not alone as Stewart Douglas and Eamon O'Leary posed for a quick snap before continuing on with their well deserved night. Another Christmas party was in place as Nightowl met up with Siobhan Kinsella. Swords girl Siobhan was more than happy to pose for the camera with fellow colleagues and friends Nikki King and Jenny Quinlan.

All in all, it was another successful night for the Harp, as the Christmas countdown continues.
