Taking in charge

A FORMAL date for the taking in charge of the Torcaill estate in Portmarnock has not been set yet.
The developer, Bovale Developments, has submitted a request to have the estate taken in charge. The area has been reviewed by the council to ascertain compliance with the council's standards. The developer was requested to provide additional documentation and as-built surveys. This still has to be submitted, the council said.
Once the development is in compliance with the council's standards, a report on the taking in charge of Torcaill will be presented to the full council meeting.
