Catriona tempts taste buds with top recipe

A BALBRIGGAN woman will have her grocery bills paid for a month after coming runner-up in the Squeeze Heinz Recipe Challenge.
Catriona Redmond was one of 10 finalists selected from over 100 entries by judges of the competition, established to discover Ireland's favourite recipes featuring Heinz Tomato Ketchup as an ingredient.
Catriona impressed judges with her Sticky BBQ Sauce recipe.
The overall winner was Kathy Brosnan from Killarney who scooped the top prize of having her grocery bills paid for three months for her Squeezelicious Chicken dish.
Food writer and blogger Donal Skehan, who judged the entries, said: 'We received some really fantastic dishes over the last few weeks and the voting was close but I think the winning recipes show just how easy it is to create something quick and delicious in the kitchen in a matter of minutes.'
