A BENCH warrant has been issued for a Donabate woman facing public order charges Winnie McDonagh, Turvey Drive, was due before Judge Patrick Brady at Swords District Court last week, but failed to appear. McDonagh, who is 49, was charged with public intoxication and engaging in threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour in a public place. Sgt Pat Thornton noted the defendant had failed to appear and applied for a bench warrant, adding McDonagh did not have any previous warrants.
