Garda alert for missing Maggie ( 12)
Gardaí are appealing for information on missing girl Margaret McDonagh, who was last seen on Saturday.
GARDAÍ have appealed for the public's help in finding a 12-year-old girl who has been missing from Portrane since the weekend. Margaret McDonagh, who is also known as ' Maggie', was last seen in the area at around 6pm last Saturday The former Donabate Girls National School pupil is described as being of slim build, approximately 38kg in weight and 1.5m tall, with brown shoulderlength hair, blue eyes and a pale complexion. When last seen, Margaret was wearing a pink Adidas top with white stripes on the arms, blue Canterbury trousers and black runners.
' Gardaí at Swords are seeking assistance from the public in tracing the whereabouts of Margaret ' Maggie' McDonagh, who is missing from the Portrane area,' a garda spokesperson said.
' We are liaising with a number of different units and searching a number of different areas where she may have been seen. We our also checking her mobile phone use to try and ascertain her location.'
