Plea to be heard at next date
A SWORDS man facing a public order charge has been remanded for a week.
Derek Morgan, Mooretown Avenue, appeared before Judge Patrick Brady at Swords District Court last week.
Morgan, who is 30 years of age, was charged with engaging in threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour in a public place.
Sgt Paul Madden told the court he had evidence of the defendant's arrest, charge and caution by certificate.
Judge Brady adjourned the case until Wednesday, July 28th, when a plea will be heard.
