Ballyboughal: Congratulations to the first team who beat Erins Isle in the first round of the Intermediate Championship last Saturday in Naul. They play St Finian's (N) in the quarter-final of the Joy Cup on Saturday next in Ballyboughal at 6.15pm.
Well done to the Ladies team who beat Robert Emmets in the championship last week.
Fingallians
Football and hurling rule changes came into effect from last Saturday. Please see the website, www.fingallians.ie, for details.
A Lá na gClub photo exhibition will take place again this year in the main hall. Any members old and new who have any stories, photos, newspaper articles etc and who wish them to be shown at the exhibition, can email fingallians@gmail.com.
Hurling this week is on tomorrow ( Wednesday) when the Junior 4 team play Parnells, and Thursday when the Junior 9 team face Realt Dearg – both in Swords.
Summer Camp Dates – Club Football, July 12th to 16th; Club Hurling, July 19th to 23rd; VHI GAA Cúl Camp, August 16th to 20th. All camps are for children aged four to 13 and run from 10am - 2pm MondayFriday each week.
Well done to all our athletes who qualified for this week's Leinster track and field finals in Santry.
The next Golf Society outing is on Friday May 28th in Forrest Little from 2.30 - 4pm. Any members or friends of the club who wish to play, please add your name to the time sheet in the club or email the captain eoin.cullen@aviva.ie.

Fingal Ravens
We are having a Pub Quiz on Friday May 28th at 9pm in Kettles Hotel, and we ask everyone to please support this fundraiser.
Best of luck to Rolestown NS Senior and Girls teams who are playing their finals in Parnell Park today ( Tuesday) – also to the school Junior team in their final on Thursday, also in Parnell Park.
Well done to the U-16s on reaching the Championship final, thanks to a great semi-final win away to Finbarrs. The final will be played next Saturday in Parnell Park. Well done to the lads and best of luck in the final.
Well done to both our junior teams on brilliant championship wins last week. The Junior A team were away to Kilmacud Crokes, and they now play St Judes in the semi-final, and the third team – who won away to Clontarf – now play St Annes in the quarter-final. Best wishes to the lads who picked up injuries at these games, and best of luck to the U-11 team on their trip to Dingle next weekend.
A committee meeting is on this Thursday at 9pm in the clubhouse.
Lotto numbers were 2, 10, 11, & 31, with no winner of the jackpot which is now worth €1,170. The €20 prizes went to Eamon Flanagan, Pat McDonagh and Tommy Daly and the €50 sellers' prize to Andy Kettle.

Man O'War
Congratulations to the adult ladies team who had a superb win in the first round of the championship.
The Under-12s girl played O'Tooles on Sunday evening, put in a great performance and came out winners . Well done girls.
An American Tea Party was held in the Ring Commons on Friday night. The club would like to thank everyone who put in a tremendous effort to make the night a great success.
Juvenile training continues on Tuesday nights at 7pm.

Naomh Mearnóg
The first draw of the new club lotto year takes place on May 30th – €100 for one line, €260 for three lines. Payments can be made quarterly. We need your support, so do contact Eileen Bernard.
Well done to our Féile hurling team, led by Gar O'Driscoll, Peter Smith and Peter O'Donovan, who performed brilliantly at the weekend.

Well done to the Intermediate footballers who had a fine win over Fingallians in the championship. Our Under-16 footballers defeated Na Fianna in the league and the Under16 camogie girls got the better of Ballyboden. Well done folks.
The Senior ladies football team start their championship campaign away to St Brigids on Wednesday.
Hard luck on our Under-11 hurlers who lost out to a fine Whitehall side in the cup semi-final in a super game. We wish a speedy recovery to Caum Byrne who damaged his thumb.
Our Carvery will continue each Sunday, commencing at 1.30pm, and our very popular Sunday evening Fun Quiz has also resumed.

O'Dwyers
Hard Luck to the Inter football team who were beaten in their championship clash against Na Fianna on Saturday evening.
Nursery Skills Camps are on every Saturday morning in O'Dwyers from 11am - 12.30pm for children aged five to eight – € 2 per child.
More details to follow on the O'Dwyers Annual Summer Camps, three of which will take place over July/August.
Dates for your Diary: O'Dwyers Monster Outdoor Bingo - Sunday next at 3.30pm in O'Dwyers, with more than € 4,000 in prizes on the day – all welcome.

Round Towers
The first team were in championship action against Cuala on Saturday. The lads battled right to the end but came up against a very strong Cuala side who ran out deserved winners.
There was no winner of the lotto last week or the week before and the jackpot for this Thursday draw will be €5,500.
Round Towers Lusk will be hosting the VHI Cúl Summer Camps once again this summer, from July 5th to 9th, and the Street Leagues will run from August 16th to 19th. We are also running our Hurling Camp from August 24th to 26th – more details will follow.
Round Towers Lusk run a very successful nursery every Saturday from 10.45 to 11.45am, focusing on basic fundamentals and games for children aged four to seven. There is a small cost of €2 per child.
We are also looking for coaches to help with the running of the nursery. Full training will be given!
There will be a Foundation Football course on Friday June 18th from 7 to 10pm and Saturday the 19th from 10am to 3.30pm and it is essential that you attend both courses to obtain your cert!

Our new U-7 team training takes place every Saturday from 10.45 to 11.45am, and for more details please contact David on 086-3302723. Best of luck to Lusk National School and Corduff National School who will be taking part in the Fingal League Schools Finals today ( Tuesday) in Parnell Park. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
A special mention also to the U16 team who have reached the final of the championship. They overcame a very strong Castleknock team, with the winning score coming in the last minute of normal time. Well done lads and good luck in the final!!
St Colmcilles
There was a good win in the league last Thursday night at home to St Marks by the narrowest of margins. It was a hard-fought and committed effort by the entire team on the night.
The quarter-final of the cup takes places on Sunday at 11am at home to Stars of Erin – all support welcome for the game.
Training takes place this Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm for the adult team, with the U-14s on Thursday evening.
There was a good evening in the club last Saturday, with a fund-raising event for football development. Well done to all the lads who had headshaves and parts of their body waxed.
The annual Liam Maxwell Memorial Golf Outing will take place on Friday July 16th in Swords Open. A team of four costs € 140. Rsvp via the facebook page or use the time sheet in the bar. The indoor market is held in the club every Saturday from 11am – all welcome to attend.
Membership for the year is due.
St Finian's
The Annual Fun Day is scheduled for Sunday June 20th.
May is the month when we have a lot of evening matches for adults and juveniles. Please come out and support the teams when matches are at home. The home fixtures are only an advantage if we get lots of support for the teams.
Numbers drawn in the lotto the week before last were 3, 11, 13, 22 and the €50 winners were F Dolan and Louise Mateer. There was no winner of the €5,700 jackpot.
St Patrick's Donabate
Hard luck to our intermediate team who put up a good battle against St Finian's (S) but lost by a single point. Well done to our junior team who had an excellent win against Skerries Harps in the championship on Thursday. It was a hard-fought match which required extra time to determine the winner. They also had a good win against Naomh Mearnóg in the league on Sunday last.
Training takes place this evening ( Tuesday) and Thursday night for both teams.
Best of luck to Colin Murphy and Dean Styles who are on the Dubs' minor panel against Kildare on Sunday.
St Sylvester's
The senior football team won their opening championship match with Round Towers on Thursday by a sixpoint margin.
The Under-16 footballers qualified for their Division 1 Championship Final with a convincing victory over Ballinteer, also on Thursday night. They go on to play Kilmacud Crokes in the final.
The Under-15 football team laid down a marker with their victory over league leaders Cuala in their Division 1 clash. Only one point separates the top five teams in this very competitive league.
The minor hurlers drew with Naomh Barrog who scored with the last puck of the game to cancel our Sean Kane's brilliant point from a minute earlier.
The Under-14 hurlers put in some great performances, but still failed to qualify for the latter stages of the Féile. The team trained hard for the competition. The mentors and parents also put in a lot of effort and all deserve great credit.
Next Thursday evening Oliver Dunne of Bon Appétit Restaurant, Malahide, has kindly invited members, friends and families of St Sylvester's GAA club to experience the delights in his brasserie for a special price of €40 per person, half of which he will give back to Sylvester's to support our club.

Skerries Harps
The McMeel's Pharmacy-sponsored footballers are safely through to the next round of the Intermediate Championship after a good performance in beating St Margarets. The Junior 1 team overcame Starlights in their replay to advance in the Junior Championship. Hard luck to the Junior 2s who lost after extra time in the Junior D Championship.
The Senior camogie team played a high-scoring draw against Naomh Fionnbarra in the league, and they play St Vincents away tonight ( Tuesday) at 7.15pm. The ladies footballers host Clann na nGael tomorrow ( Wednesday) at 7pm. For all other fixtures and results see www.skerriesharps.ie.
Well done to the Féile Hurling and Camogie teams who performed well at the weekend. Thanks to all who helped in the hosting of a successful Féile in the club on Sat.

The Junior footballers are into the quarter-finals of the championship after a great win over Castleknock. Their next games are away to Naomh Barrog in the AFL 9 on May 27th at 7.15pm, and at home to St Sylvester's at 3pm on May 30th.
Last week's club lotto numbers were 4, 5, 18, 24 and the € 20 winners were David McDonnell, PM and Dick Monks, with no winner of the € 2,000 jackpot.
A Table Quiz will be held this Friday in Oldtown House from 9.30pm, in aid of Liam Curran.
